Deleting a Client

In the FleetManager it is possible to remove Clients from the system.

Doing so will revoke access to the Websuite for the selected Client.

In This article we will be showing the steps needed to remove a Client from the FleetManager.


In order to complete this you will need the following:

  1. Access through a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) to the FleetManager Provisioning Tool.
  • To access the page to delete a Client, along the top navigation go to Clients then Remove Client.

  • The table shows the Clients that are configured in the FleetManager. Selecting a Client from this table will copy the Client ID into the Client ID field below.

  • The Client ID field can either be manually populated or populated by selecting the Client’s table row that you want to delete.

    Once the correct ID is entered click the Delete button.

    Note: Once a Client has been deleted it can only be added back by adding it as a new Client.

Once the Client has been successfully deleted the changes take effect immediately.
